Certified life coach and best selling author Holley Gerth wrote You're Already Amazing and with the positive response she developed this study to help build on the foundations of the book.  This books offers a guided approach of how to apply these concepts to your life.  It is designed to be used in one of the following situations:

• individually
• one on one
• group study 
• online study.

She gives you a complete list of what you need before you start the study which is listed in the introduction. 

I like the way this book is designed.  As chapter one starts it instructions are given whether this is a individual study or a group study and exactly how to start.  It is very detailed and easy to understand. Each chapter gives an introduction that literally walks you through the chapter.  The chapter ends with telling you what your next step in the study is and how to delve into more life growth or going deeper into the study.  Also an area is provided to journal your own thoughts or perspectives.  

The end of the book closes with how to connect with God.  

This is one of the easiest bible studies I have seen in a long time. This is the perfect accompaniment for the book and DVDs.  The easy to read language makes it almost like you are sitting with the author. She helps you find your own strengths and skills needed to stay the course on your faith journey even when you are derailed by life.  The author offers Life Growth guide videos free on her website to facilitate in the bible study process.  

This  study would be perfect in a women's church study group and I found myself talking to our church about incorporating this.  I would recommend this to anyone.
